What We Built Together

Is technical knowledge needed?

This session was designed to be beginner-friendly.

You do not need:

• coding experience

• a technical background

• prior knowledge of AI or automation

If you can:

• use email

• fill out a form

• follow step-by-step instructions

Where can I find more information?

During the session, we created a simple lead capture system using AI + automation.

How it works:

Form submitted → Stored in Google Sheets → Follow-up email sent automatically

Tools used:

• Google Forms (capture leads)

• Google Sheets (store data)

• Zapier (connect and automate)

• Gmail (send emails)

Zapier is the automation layer.
